The following trainings can be tailored for any age 3 - 18.

Engaging Minds: Integrating Reading and SEL for Interactive Learning (Multi-Part Series)
This multisensory, eclectic reading series focuses on integrating Science of Reading concepts into everyday practice while addressing the social-emotional needs of learners. Participants will explore a variety of SEL practices that can be implemented daily to prime students' brains and bodies for reading instruction. Additionally, attendees will learn practical strategies for creating a meaningful and inclusive learning environment that engages students of all abilities.

Enhancing Differentiation through Executive Function Skills
Educators will learn about executive function skills and how they impact classroom functioning and student learning. Educators will practice identifying underdeveloped executive function skills and differentiated strategies tailored to support skill development and promote student success.

Interactive Read Alouds
Learn how to make every moment count during your read aloud. Interactions that ignite curiosity are easy to come by when incorporating “just the right kind” of visuals, rhythm, and props. Participants will practice using these materials and approaches to create opportunities for children to develop of love of books and demonstrate a variety of comprehension strategies such as: retell stories, describe characters, make predictions and asking questions.

Exploring Multisensory Practices for Vocabulary (Multi-Part Series)
This 4-part series discusses the impact and significance of oral language on our future readers and writers. As a result, everyday adult language plays a key role in a child’s literacy learning trajectory. Building background knowledge, explicit vocabulary practices, and speaking skills are a few of the areas that are addressed in detail during this training series. Meaningful Activities
This training teaches why some children have difficulty engaging in activities. Participants will learn how to structure parts of the day and assignments. Through hands-on learning, participants will interact with materials to design meaningful activities for the learners in their class.

Phonemes, Phonics & Play (Multi-Part Series)
This 3-part series teaches what phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, and phonics are, how they are different and how they relate to another. Research, which supports the Science of Reading, tells us that these prereading skills are essential to learning to read and spell. This training goes beyond the methodology and discusses how to embed these practices throughout the day in a developmentally appropriate and fun way.
